Carl Rubin | Founder

Carl has over 30 years of experience specializing in ERP software including implementations, upgrades, custom systems and interfaces for both functional and technical solutions. He founded Monument in 2004 intent on helping clients overcome ERP issues. He manages projects, personnel, and clients while directing the strategic plans of Monument.

 

Carl has served in multiple roles including founding and selling several ERP related consulting companies. He was the Executive Director of Enterprise Services at Oxford Global Resources, an international consulting organization with revenues over $200 million. He has held a number of other leadership positions including Software Product Manager at several software companies.

 

Carl has been the Project Manager for over 30 Oracle Applications implementations and over 60 upgrades or new modules. His detailed knowledge of business applications coupled with his technical expertise is critical to the on-time and on-budget management of Monuments projects. Carl has a BS in Business Administration with a Major in Accounting from Norwich University and an MBA from Suffolk University.

Jim Burkinshaw | Vice President of Consulting Services

Jim brings more than 20 years of experience in professional services, project management, business development, and sales to his position as Monument’s Vice President of Consulting Services. He is responsible for ensuring quality results of the day to day Consulting and Implementation Services, Pre Sales, Staff Development, Partner and Client Relationships.

 

Jim has an extensive background in Oracle ERP Delivery and Business Development. Additionally, Jim has 15 years of industry experience leading Manufacturing operations within the Electronics, Equipment Manufacturing, and Medical Device industries. Jim holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Salem State University.
